TRC LEARN TEMPORARY OUTAGE

TRC LEARN is transitioning to a new online system, Kentucky COLT. In preparation for the launch of the new site on September 28, 2026, TRC LEARN will be unavailable beginning September 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. EST.

Please complete all courses currently in progress before the outage begins. Any courses not completed by 6:00 p.m. EST on September 11 will reset in the new Kentucky COLT system and must be restarted.

Please monitor your email for updates regarding the transition plan, key dates, instructions for accessing the new system, and answers to frequently asked questions. You may also contact your supervisor or caseworker for additional information.
